L&rsquo;autorisation doit \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai de 6 mois (4 mois pour les demandes relevant de l&rsquo;article 27 du Dlgs 286\/1998).<\/p>\n<p>Les rendez-vous peuvent \u00eatre pris sur le site<a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\"> prenot@mi<\/a> et le demandeur doit toujours se pr\u00e9senter en personne. Le passeport sera conserv\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;adoption de la d\u00e9cision finale.<\/p>\n<h4>Comment demander le visa<\/h4>\n<p>Tous les documents doivent \u00eatre imprim\u00e9s et pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s en original, accompagn\u00e9s d&rsquo;une photocopie si n\u00e9cessaire. Les demandeurs doivent toujours se pr\u00e9senter en personne.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9lai de traitement : jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 90 jours.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Formulaire de demande d\u00fbment compl\u00e9t\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Une photo d&rsquo;identit\u00e9 en couleur, sur fond blanc, datant de 6 mois au maximum (<a href=\"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/caratteristiche-foto.pdf\">voir sp\u00e9cifications<\/a>) ;<\/li>\n<li>Un passeport en cours de validit\u00e9 (et une copie) r\u00e9pondant aux crit\u00e8res suivants :\n<ul>\n<li>sa validit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieure d&rsquo;au moins trois mois \u00e0 celle du visa demand\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>il doit contenir au moins deux pages vierges ;<\/li>\n<li>il doit avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9livr\u00e9 au cours des 10 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Copie d&rsquo;un titre de s\u00e9jour fran\u00e7ais en cours de validit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Copie de tout visa Schengen, am\u00e9ricain ou britannique ant\u00e9rieur ;<\/li>\n<li>Copie de l&rsquo;autorisation (Nulla Osta) de l&rsquo;Office italien de l&rsquo;immigration (Sportello Unico per l&rsquo;Immigrazione) d\u00e9livr\u00e9e au cours des 6 derniers mois (4 mois pour les demandes relevant du Dlgs 286\/1998, art. 27) ;<\/li>\n<li>Pour les visas de travail subordonn\u00e9\/spectacle, le \u00ab\u00a0Nulla Osta\u00a0\u00bb doit \u00eatre d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par l&rsquo;A.NP.A.L. (Agence Nationale pour les Politiques Actives du Travail), et transmis via PEC, directement par l&rsquo;A.N.P.A.L. ou par l&#8217;employeur en Italie ;<\/li>\n<li>Pour les travailleurs subordonn\u00e9s hautement qualifi\u00e9s (Travail subalterne\/Carte Bleue), le demandeur doit pr\u00e9senter les <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>originaux<\/strong><\/span> (traduits en italien et d\u00fbment l\u00e9galis\u00e9s ou apostill\u00e9s) + 1 copie des documents utilis\u00e9s pour demander le Nulla Osta SUI.<br \/>\nIl faudra notamment pr\u00e9senter :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes ou la qualification professionnelle de niveau postsecondaire ; Ou bien,<\/li>\n<li>la preuve de la possession par le travailleur d&rsquo;une qualification professionnelle sup\u00e9rieure, conform\u00e9ment au m\u00eame paragraphe l, let. c) et d) de l&rsquo;article 27-quater, au moyen d&rsquo;une d\u00e9claration sp\u00e9cifique de l&#8217;employeur demandant la Carte Bleue Europ\u00e9enne, accompagn\u00e9e des contrats de travail et\/ou des fiches de salaire \u00e0 joindre \u00e0 la demande ; Ou bien,<\/li>\n<li>les conditions requises par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif du 6 novembre 2007, no. 206, limit\u00e9 aux professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es, dont l&rsquo;exercice n&rsquo;est autoris\u00e9 qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s inscription aupr\u00e8s des Ordres ou Coll\u00e8ges ou aupr\u00e8s des registres tenus par les administrations ou organismes publics, si l&rsquo;inscription est subordonn\u00e9e \u00e0 la possession de qualifications professionnelles ou \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>La preuve d&rsquo;un logement convenable en Italie. Les documents suivants sont accept\u00e9s :\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>contrat de location enregistr\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9servation d&rsquo;h\u00f4tel d&rsquo;au moins 30 jours ;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Dichiarazione_ospitalita.pdf\">D\u00e9claration<\/a> d&rsquo;un ressortissant italien ou \u00e9tranger r\u00e9sidant l\u00e9galement en Italie, conform\u00e9ment aux articles 46 et 47 du DPR 349\/1999, confirmant qu&rsquo;il a mis \u00e0 la disposition du demandeur de visa un logement convenable conforme aux normes minimales fix\u00e9es par la loi r\u00e9gionale pertinente en mati\u00e8re de logement public ;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Pour les travailleurs subordonn\u00e9s hautement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s (Travail subordonn\u00e9\/Carte bleue), le demandeur devra pr\u00e9senter les originaux (\u00e9ventuellement traduits en italien et d\u00fbment l\u00e9galis\u00e9s ou apostill\u00e9s) + 1 copie, de la documentation utilis\u00e9e pour demander le Nulla Osta SUI. En particulier, il faudra pr\u00e9senter :\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>le dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;enseignement ou la qualification professionnelle de niveau postsecondaire ; ou, en alternative,<\/li>\n<li>la preuve de la possession par le travailleur de la qualification professionnelle sup\u00e9rieure, conform\u00e9ment au m\u00eame paragraphe l, let. c) et d) de l&rsquo;article 27-quater, par le biais d&rsquo;une d\u00e9claration sp\u00e9cifique de l&#8217;employeur demandant la Carte bleue de l&rsquo;UE, accompagn\u00e9e des contrats de travail et\/ou des bulletins de paie \u00e0 joindre \u00e0 la demande ; ou, en alternative,<\/li>\n<li>les exigences pr\u00e9vues par le d\u00e9cret l\u00e9gislatif du 6 novembre 2007, n. 206, limit\u00e9es aux professions r\u00e9glement\u00e9es, dont l&rsquo;exercice est autoris\u00e9 uniquement apr\u00e8s inscription dans des Ordres ou Coll\u00e8ges ou dans des registres tenus par des administrations ou organismes publics, si l&rsquo;inscription est subordonn\u00e9e \u00e0 la possession de qualifications professionnelles ou \u00e0 la v\u00e9rification des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Une assurance m\u00e9dicale internationale avec une couverture minimale de 30 000 \u20ac et une couverture compl\u00e8te et illimit\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;hospitalisation. Le vol de rapatriement d&rsquo;urgence ainsi que le rapatriement de la d\u00e9pouille mortelle doivent \u00eatre inclus. Un tableau d\u00e9taill\u00e9 des prestations doit \u00eatre fourni.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9servation de voyage (vol\/bus\/train).<\/li>\n<li>Frais de visa : 116 \u20ac pour un visa D et 80 \u20ac pour un visa C (paiement en esp\u00e8ces uniquement, veuillez apporter le montant exact).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Veuillez noter que, lors de votre rendez-vous, votre demande ne sera pas accept\u00e9e si vous ne pr\u00e9sentez pas tous les documents requis. Si tous les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9s ci-dessus ne sont pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s, le demandeur devra prendre un nouveau rendez-vous.<br \/>\nLes informations pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ci-dessus peuvent \u00eatre modifi\u00e9es sans pr\u00e9avis. Aucune responsabilit\u00e9 ne peut \u00eatre accept\u00e9e pour les cons\u00e9quences de ces changements.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;administration consulaire a toute autorit\u00e9 pour \u00e9valuer et demander des documents suppl\u00e9mentaires, si elle le juge n\u00e9cessaire, en plus de ceux qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis, et pour demander un entretien personnel. En outre, le demandeur est inform\u00e9 que la pr\u00e9sentation de tous les documents requis ne garantit pas la d\u00e9livrance d&rsquo;un visa.<br \/>\nSi le demandeur choisit de recevoir son passeport par la poste, le consulat n&rsquo;est pas responsable en cas de perte ou de dommage.<br \/>\nDes informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es sur la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel concernant la d\u00e9livrance des visas conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur la protection des donn\u00e9es (UE) 2016\/679) sont disponibles sur le site Visto per l&rsquo;Italia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>&#8212; English version &#8212;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A subordinate employment visa allows to work in Italy as a dependant and, with few exceptions, requires a specific Authorization from the Immigration Authoritties (Nulla Osta Sportello Unico per l&rsquo;Immigrazione). The authorization must be used within 6 months (4 months for applications falling under art. 27 of the Dlgs 286\/1998).<\/p>\n<p>Appointments can be scheduled through the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/prenotami.esteri.it\">prenot@mi\u00a0<\/a>website and the applicant should always appear in person. The passport will be kept until the final decision is adopted.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to request the visa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All documents must be printed out and presented in original plus a photocopy where required. Applicants should always appear in person.<\/p>\n<p>Processing times: up to 90 days.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/it\/servizi-consolari-e-visti\/servizi-per-il-cittadino-straniero\/modulistica-per-cittadini-stranieri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Application form<\/a> duly completed and signed;<\/li>\n<li>One passport size color photo, white background, maximum 6 months old (<a href=\"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/caratteristiche-foto.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">see specifications<\/a>);<\/li>\n<li>A valid passport (and a copy) satisfying the following criteria:\n<ol>\n<li>its validity must be at least three months longer than the visa requested;<\/li>\n<li>it must contain at least two blank pages;<\/li>\n<li>it must have been issued within the previous 10 years;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Copy of a valid French permit of stay;<\/li>\n<li>Previous Schengen, USA, or UK visa copy;<\/li>\n<li>Copy of the authorization (Nulla Osta) of the Italian Immigration Office (Sportello Unico per l\u2019Immigrazione) released in the last 6 months (4 months requests falling under the Dlgs 286\/1998, art. 27);<\/li>\n<li>For subordinate work\/entertainment visas, the Nulla Osta must be issued by the A.NP.A.L. (National Agency for Active Labor Policies), and transmitted via PEC, directly by the A.N.P.A.L. or by the employer in Italy;<\/li>\n<li>For highly skilled subordinate workers (Subordinate work\/Blue Card), the applicant <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>must<\/strong> <\/span>submit the originals (translated into Italian and duly legalized or apostilled) + 1 copy, of the documentation used to request the Nulla Osta SUI. In particular, the following must be presented:\n<ol>\n<li>the educational diploma or professional qualification at post-secondary level; or, alternatively,<\/li>\n<li>evidence of the worker&rsquo;s possession of a higher professional qualification, in accordance with the same paragraph l, let. c) and d) of article 27-quater, through a specific declaration from the employer requesting the EU Blue Card, accompanied by employment contracts and\/or pay slips to be attached to the application; or, alternatively,<\/li>\n<li>the requirements provided by legislative decree of November 6, 2007, no. 206, limited to regulated professions, whose practice is allowed only after registration with Orders or Colleges or with registers kept by public administrations or bodies, if registration is subject to possession of professional qualifications or verification of specific skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Proof of a suitable accommodation in Italy. The following documents are accepted:\n<ol>\n<li>registered rental agreement;<\/li>\n<li>Hotel booking of no less than 30 days;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Dichiarazione_ospitalita.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Declaration<\/a> by an Italian or foreign national legally residing in Italy, in accordance of art, 46 and 47 of DPR 349\/1999, confirming that they have made available to the visa applicant a suitable accommodation that comply with the minimum standards laid down in the relevant regional law regarding public housing accommodation;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>An international medical insurance with a minimum of 30.000 \u20ac coverage and full and unlimited coverage for hospitalization. Emergency repatriation flight as well as repatriation of mortal remains must be included. Detailed table of benefit must be provided.<\/li>\n<li>Travel reservation (flight\/bus\/train).<\/li>\n<li>Visa fee: 116\u20ac for a D visa and 80\u20ac for a C visa (only payment in cash. Please bring the exact amount).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please be aware that, at the time of your appointment, your application will not be accepted unless presented with all required documents. if all the items listed above are not presented, the applicant will have to reschedule a new appointment.<br \/>\nThe information outlined above may be subject to change without prior notice.
