{"id":1391,"date":"2022-11-10T14:25:40","date_gmt":"2022-11-10T13:25:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/news\/dal_consolato\/2022\/11\/vii-semaine-de-la-cuisine-italienne\/"},"modified":"2022-11-10T14:25:40","modified_gmt":"2022-11-10T13:25:40","slug":"vii-semaine-de-la-cuisine-italienne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/consparigi.esteri.it\/it\/news\/dal_consolato\/2022\/11\/vii-semaine-de-la-cuisine-italienne\/","title":{"rendered":"VII Semaine de la Cuisine italienne dans le monde &#8211;  Masterclass \u2018Cappelletto Reggiano, le go\u00fbt d\u2019une communaut\u00e9\u2019 DIGIONE \u2013 22 OCTOBRE 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Samedi 22 octobre 2022 \u00e0 Dijon, dans le cadre de la VII\u00e8me Semaine de la Cuisine Italienne dans le Monde, le Consulat G\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&#8217;Italie \u00e0 Paris, en collaboration avec la Ville de Reggio Emilia et la Chambre de Commerce Italienne de Lyon a organis\u00e9 la Masterclass \u2018Cappelletto Reggiano, le go\u00fbt d\u2019une communaut\u00e9\u2019, sous la direction du Chef Alessandro Tagliavini de Pause Atelier dei Sapori de la Fondation Reggio Children \u2013 Centre Loris Malaguzzi, accompagn\u00e9 par les \u00e9tudiants du Lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier Angelo Motti de Reggio Emilia; les participants ont\u00a0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un plat traditionnel de la r\u00e9gion Emilia Romagna qu\u2019ils ont d\u00e9gust\u00e9 ensemble autour d\u2019une grande table.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite une Conf\u00e9rence \u201cEduquer au go\u00fbt selon la philosophie \u00e9ducative de Reggio Emilia\u201d anim\u00e9e par Paola Cavazzoni p\u00e9dagogue de Reggio Children et AD de Pause de Pause Atelier dei Sapori \u00a0et le Chef Alessandro Tagliavini, a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9e au public dijonnais afin de partager,\u00a0 d\u2019approfondire et de d\u00e9battre sur la valeur \u00e9ducative du repas\u00a0et d\u2019apporter des suggestions quant \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration des plats destin\u00e9s aux enfants ou encore \u00e0 des parcours d\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation sur la nourriture et le go\u00fbt.
